The works are a collection of art therapy practiced on the software TouchDesigner. When going through a rough patch with no support or touch other than one's own, the artist turns into the Touch of their own reflection for a practice in self soothing through live-animated experiments exploring protection, self-sabotage and indulgence, treating the camera and the screen as a journal of finding solace within a simulated playground.
